Estimator – Renewable EPC Projects
Location: Houston, TX - 2727 North Loop West 

About the Role:
We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost estimating and heavy bidding for large-scale renewable EPC projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HeavyBid or Procore, and Excel, and is skilled in managing multi-year design and construction projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years estimating or project controls experience on EPC projects.

• Proficiency in HeavyBid or Procore, and Excel is required.

• Experience in renewable energy EPC projects (solar, wind, BESS).

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.

• Lead bid process for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects.

• Track project costs, contracts, and documentation using Procore.

• Analyze and maintain cost databases, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve processes.
