Estimator/Project Coordinator (2904)

While the project managers are on the field, the Project Coordinator/Estimator oversees the day-to-day office duties. As well as entering and running reports in Sage, submitting e-building binders and processing RFIs will constitute 40% of the job. Please send your resume

Pay: $23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the distribution of RFP information, the creation and tracking of project notifications, and the schedule of strategy meetings.
• A review of HVAC equipment plans is necessary.
• Providing general support to business development teams as they prepare RFP documents, etc.
• Input specifications, blueprints, and RFIs as a basis for preparing commercial bids.
• Make sure sufficient subcontractor coverage is provided through RFIs and clarifications.
• In order to submit estimates for insurance approval and customer approval, you will need to gather measurements, photos, and documentation.
• Addenda to projects and changes to engineering designs should be maintained electronically.

Must haves:

• Sage, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of professional work experience as an Estimator/Project Coordinator
• HVAC industry experience
