Estimator/Project Coordinator - B2B

What The Position is About:

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and bid requests to determine project scope, material requirements, and pricing
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs and estimates using market intelligence, historical data, project requirements, manufacturer guidance, and anticipated pricing changes
• Identify material alternatives, submit substitution requests and RFIs, and resolve discrepancies throughout the bidding process
• Provide timely bid follow-up, gather job-tracking intelligence, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing client accounts
• Manage projects from award through delivery, including material procurement, purchase orders, scheduling, and coordination with vendors, warehouse teams, and clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing project needs, providing consistent communication, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of estimating/project coordinating/sales experience within the construction industry
• Full-cycle experience managing projects from estimating and bidding through procurement, delivery, and follow-up
