About the Estimator/Project Manager Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.

Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients


• Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents


• Manage the proposal process from start to finish


• Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle


• Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements


• Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals

Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
