Estonian Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and aviation and have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to flights, bookings, and aviation services, providing support in Estonian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide information on travel requirements, baggage policies, and service options.
• Assist customers with their bookings, modifications, and special requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Stay informed about aviation trends and company services to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
