Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and general banking operations.
• Provide information on loans, credit cards, and investment options.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and address complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

• Ability to manage sensitive financial inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
