Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and research solutions via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide information about product specifications, availability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist customers with order processing, inquiries, and technical support.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with science and technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of biotechnology concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
