Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project details, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Assist clients with service inquiries, quotes, and project management information.
• Provide clear and detailed information about construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up where necessary.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate communication and ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about construction industry trends and company offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the construction or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM software and general computer applications.
