As a representative, you will be instrumental in providing essential information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers regarding oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide detailed information on service options, pricing structures, and industry regulations.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting service-related issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system for future references.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
• Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide up-to-date advice to customers.

• Fluency in Estonian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector, is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive inquiries discreetly.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for handling customer information.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard computer applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
