This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service in a critical field. You will engage with patients and healthcare clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and patient information via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide accurate information on services, treatment options, and insurance coverage.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
• Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and reference.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and industry standards to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and caring approach.
• Aptitude for helping others and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
