This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Estonian, helping them with inquiries related to travel plans, accommodations, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about various hospitality services, travel packages, and tourism-related activities via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide information regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications to travel arrangements.
• Assist clients in exploring options for accommodations, transportation, and local attractions.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to facilitate customer requests and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel trends and destinations to provide up-to-date recommendations.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
