This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their IT-related inquiries and ensure they receive outstanding service in Estonian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Provide support for software and hardware inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through solutions.
• Educate customers on IT solutions, available tools, and service offerings.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest IT trends, products, and solutions to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic IT technical knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
