Estonian Speaking Customer Service for Insurance industry

This is a fantastic role for individuals who are customer-oriented and have an interest in the insurance sector. In this position, you will provide essential support to clients regarding their insurance policies, helping them navigate inquiries and ensuring they receive the guidance they need in Estonian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries about insurance products, claims, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and making informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the claims process, providing updates and facilitating communication.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Work collaboratively with underwriting and claims teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
