Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, services, and prescriptions via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Educate customers on medication usage, potential side effects, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with the resolution of issues related to orders, billing, and insurance claims.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information dissemination.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical policies and product updates to provide comprehensive support.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
