In this position, you will assist customers in understanding renewable energy solutions and provide exceptional support in Estonian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient practices and the benefits of renewable energy options.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting various issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed on industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
