Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to social media features, account management, and content guidelines via phone, email, and live chat in Estonian.
• Assist users with account setup, security concerns, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide information on platform features, updates, and community standards.
• Resolve complaints and feedback efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve user experience and address frequent issues.
• Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates to provide current information to users.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
