Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in Estonian.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service modifications.
• Provide accurate information on product features, promotions, and service availability.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay informed on new products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle inquiries under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
