Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated customer support for Estonian-speaking clients
• Address and resolve client inquiries and challenges efficiently
• Develop tailored customer solutions to meet specific client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery based on client feedback
• Support onboarding and training activities for new customers
• Keep updated on company products, services, and industry trends

• Fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred.
