Primary job duties and responsibilities
·Understanding of coil units and associated equipment.
·Troubleshoots and performs field repair of equipment. These tasks could include:
Repair and/or replace electronic/electrical components of the coil unit and associated equipment
Repair cables and connectors
Update/set up software on rig computers
Documentation of all maintenance performed along with proper distribution of paperwork
·Performs shop housekeeping duties such as cleaning work area.
·Frequent field repairs.
·Routine and random inspections of equipment, reporting any deficiencies found.
·Source and order parts and equipment as needed.
·Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the Company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
·Help develop and design electronic components as directed.
·Assists in training Field Personnel, Shop Personnel and Mechanics in equipment and operations procedures.
