EUC Infrastructure Specialist

abra professional services is seeking for an EUC Infrastructure Specialist

Professional Responsibilities & Experience

• Execution of EUC infrastructure projects, including operating system upgrades and deployment of endpoint infrastructure solutions
• System-level support and project involvement related to end-user computing environments
• Participation in and support of cross-organizational infrastructure initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory infrastructure
• 3–4 years of experience providing Windows-based workstation support
• 3–4 years of experience in operating system troubleshooting
• 3–4 years of experience in PowerShell scripting

Advantage / Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
• Tier 3 support experience in VDI environments (VMware Horizon)
• Experience supporting Linux-based workstations
• Background in information security
• Experience working in large-scale or sensitive enterprise environments
