What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to exceed individual and center-wide sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive Results: Implement smart strategies to grow revenue and maximize profitability.
• Coach & Develop: Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, addressing feedback with professionalism and care.
• Manage Operations: Control labor, inventory, and cost efficiencies to support optimal financial performance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Regional Director and corporate teams to execute company initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service-focused industry. Beauty or wellness industry experience is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and motivate teams to achieve performance metrics.
• Team Development Skills: Experience hiring, training, coaching, and retaining top talent in a high-performance environment.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations for optimal efficiency.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively communicate expectations, provide feedback, and resolve issues in a clear, professional manner.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, Google Suite and performance dashboards (training provided if needed).
• Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as required.
