Position Overview:
ECI Management Group is seeking Food Service Workers to support food service operations at UNT Dallas College. We are hiring for Grill Cook roles, with responsibilities that contribute directly to guest satisfaction and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking – Grill and prepare food to order

• Prepping Food – Ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service

• Serving Food – Deliver quality meals in a timely and friendly manner

• Stocking – Maintain inventory and restock as needed

• Guest Interaction – Provide courteous and helpful customer service

• Cleaning – Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks

• Extended periods of walking or standing may be required

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
