Evening Houseperson

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and service corridors.


• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies.


• Remove trash, dust, and debris to maintain a clean environment.

• Perform minor repairs (e.g., leaky faucets, light bulb replacements).


• Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.


• Assist with installation and upkeep of equipment and materials.

• Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.


• Stock and organize floor closets and supply areas.


• Monitor and replenish cleaning products, paper goods, and other supplies.


• Respond to guest and staff requests, including item deliveries.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


• Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.


• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
