Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Oneonta, NY, is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses for our Evening Shift!

Position Details:

We are currently seeking an Evening LPN to work from 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM. As an LPN at Chestnut Park, your role will focus on delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. You’ll carry out nursing duties, perform treatments, and help meet the physical and emotional needs of our patients. Working collaboratively with our CNA team, you will ensure seamless care, manage medication administration, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem
Shift Hours: 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
Hourly Pay: $29.50 to $36.00 (including shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Patient Care & Support: Enhance and restore health by delivering comprehensive nursing care, executing treatment procedures, and offering physical, emotional, and educational support to residents and their families.

  
  


• 
  

  Documentation: Complete thorough, accurate resident care documentation via electronic medical records.

  
  


• 
  

  CNA Collaboration: Lead and support CNAs in providing high-quality, personalized care and ensure their documentation is accurate and timely.

  
  


• 
  

  Medication Administration: Administer medications as needed, and ensure proper reporting and communication with staff as per established protocols.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active NYS LPN License

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a nursing home or hospital setting is preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification
