Evening Nurse (RN or LPN) - Memory Care

What you'll do:

As our Evening Nurse, you lead with both your heart and your clinical expertise. Your shift involves:

• Managing resident care plans with a focus on dignity and safety.
• Supporting and supervising our dedicated care staff.
• Monitoring changes in resident conditions and acting as the primary point of communication for families during your shift.
• Ensuring our Memory Care unit remains a peaceful, supportive space during the evening transition.

 Requirements & Qualifications:

• A current Maine RN or LPN license.
• A valid Maine driver’s license and CPR certification (or the willingness to get certified within 30 days- we’ll help!).
• A genuine desire to work within Memory Care and dementia support.
• The ability to stay calm, think critically, and lead a team by example.
