Crumbl is hiring a FULL TIME Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and run a variety of shifts across our bakery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and may be looking to grow into higher-level leadership.
Shift Managers work closely with store leadership to ensure strong execution, team accountability, and consistent production throughout the day.
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position
- Pay dependent on experience and availability
- Closed Sundays — guaranteed day off
What You’ll Do
- Lead and run shifts independently
- Assign stations and manage workflow
- Maintain quality and food safety standards
- Support opening or closing, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years leadership experience preferred
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to manage a shift independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10–55 lbs
