Evening Supervisor (Must have ID/DD exper.)

Do you have 3 or more years' experience working with people who have a developmental disability? Do you have a year of supervisory experience in OPW supports and services? Saratoga Bridges is looking for an Evening Supervisor to assist with on-the-job training at our homes. In this role, the Evening Supervisor will also cover supervisory positions and serve as someone that staff can depend on for guidance and mentorship.

We're looking for someone who's energetic, has good leadership skills and wants to work to help DSPs become successful. In turn, they'll be helping teams focus on quality services too. Is that you?

To be eligible, you will need: 

• High school diploma, bachelor's preferred


• 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field


• 1 year of supervisory experience in the ID/DD/OPW services field


• Valid Driver's License
