Job Description - Event and Campaign Coordinator

Description

A fast-paced and diverse role that will support the Partner Development team to execute the promotion and coordination of KCM and VICTORY Channel events, as well as the project coordination for various campaigns, product launches and Partner engagement strategies to support Kenneth Copeland Ministries and VICTORY Channel. This role collaborates closely with the Communications team—including designers, writers, proofreaders, database administrators, and leadership—to successfully coordinate and manage a wide range of communication projects across email, SMS, print, event and web platforms. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, personal accountability, creativity, attention to detail, adaptability, a teachable spirit and a passion for continuous growth.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and execute a broad array of communication activities utilizing Wrike as the primary project management tool. Responsible for setting up projects in Wrike and working with stakeholders to move projects toward successful execution. 
  • Working in conjunction with the Partner Development and Digital Strategy Managers, coordinates marketing and communications strategies for Southwest Believers’ Convention, VICTORY Campaigns and personal meetings. 
  • Manages event presence for Southwest Believers’ Convention, VICTORY Campaigns and other events, including registration, audience engagement, booth setup/teardown, supply logistics, and gathering stories. Represents KCM and VICTORY Channel on-site.
  • Creates event media kits and coordinates strategic communications to promote events across all platforms.
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns supporting new products, brand initiatives, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborates with product, content and partner development teams on launch plans and promotional assets.
  • Facilitates the selection and coordination of all products for monthly Faith Warehouse broadcast. Works with product team, designers, writers, PSC, DBAs and TV from product selection and approval through on-air oversight and reporting. 
  • Works with News and content team to identify topics for VICTORY Channel SMS and newsletter messaging. 
  • Assists with content development for KCM and VICTORY Channel web assets event pages, registration pages, new program pages. Works with web to coordinate site updates and graphics scheduling. 
  • Supports execution of special events such as VICTORY Week and VICTORYTHON by initiating and overseeing communication blueprints, supporting team meetings.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Continuing education in new media marketing techniques

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments, as well as vendors, contractors, and executives.
  • Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. 
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must. 
  • Having the ability to provide information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the ministry in public, during events and while participating at partner meetings.
  • Understand how to manage time appropriately.
  • Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.
  • Ability to handle deadline pressures professionally
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, understanding and utilize effective time management practices
  • Creative, analytical thinker, conscientious, consistent, progressive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to lead and creatively contribute to meetings
  • Must be a self-starter/assertive and extremely dependable
  • Ability to manage high volume of work and be able to switch job-to-job quickly, mentally and physically
  • Ability to take projects and walk them through all channels to completion
  • Must be capable of working independently with little supervision on assigned projects and meet deadlines
  • High level of maturity/confidentiality required

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

  • Mac or PC computer, comfortable chair

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Works in a normal office environment
  • Must be flexible regarding the physical location of work area.

OTHER:

  • Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties, and divisions
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
  • Membership and attendance at EMIC are preferred
  • Ability to work with people of all cultures
