Event & Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We are currently seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to fill our Event Assistant positions for charity clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that’s committed to making a difference while growing your career in event promotions. We train individuals in all aspects of charity event management, helping them move into an executive role where they will oversee charity events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and Maintain Clients' Public Image: Represent charity clients with professionalism, ensuring a positive public image in the community.

• Coordinate Promotional Activities & Charity Events: Assist in planning and executing charity events and promotional campaigns that support our clients' missions.

• Leverage Consumer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, and the public to increase support for charitable causes.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with other teams to boost brand recognition and amplify support for our charity clients.

• Assist with Marketing & Promotional Materials: Help select materials that will effectively communicate the mission and goals of our nonprofit partners.

Requirements:

• Must Be Fun-Loving and Outgoing: Enjoy working in a lively, interactive environment with people who are passionate about supporting charitable causes.

• Excited to Work Face-to-Face with People: You’ll engage directly with the community, donors, and volunteers at charity events.

• Customer Service, Retail, Sales, or Marketing Experience a Plus: While previous experience is helpful, it’s not required.

• Ability to Travel Locally to Events: Travel to charity events as needed.

• Strong Desire to Learn and Grow: Be proactive and eager to develop your skills and career in the charity sector.
