Join our team in Meridian with Renewal by Andersen of Boise! We’re looking for an Event/Retail/RSVP Marketing Manager to join our Non-Traditional Marketing team. This role plays a key strategic and leadership role, leading the Events, Retail, and RSVP Departments in coaching, guiding, and performance managing those teams and their respective leaders. This position drives success by leading teams that set and manage qualified appointments that lead to impactful demos and achieve departmental KPI targets. Reporting directly to the Sr. Events & Retail Manager, this position collaborates closely with them to plan and execute lead generation through each department depending on market trends.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze local communities to identify business opportunities and implement programs to maximize sales potential.
• Consistently grow the customer base within the market area, ensuring events and retail opportunities are professionally organized and executed to drive leads and sales.
• Plan and execute strategies and partnerships for third party and internally hosted events.
• Build and nurture relationships with event organizers and promoters to establish strong partnerships.
• Secure prime booth spaces to showcase premium door and window products.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including location selection, scheduling, and execution.
• Engage directly with customers at events to generate and qualify leads.
• Manage the sales process, ensuring seamless communication and tracking sales activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive client relationships.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of event and promotional marketers using a hands-on leadership style.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
• Establish and lead a support structure within the department, including managing supervisors, team leads, and other leadership roles.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture by modeling professional behaviors and techniques.
• Act as the key liaison between the sales department and other operational units to ensure alignment.
• Work collaboratively with design consultants to schedule and optimize marketing strategies.
• Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 5+ years in customer service roles.
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a dynamic setting.
• Strong coaching and training expertise, with the capability to mentor leaders and events/retail marketers effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing communications and sales promotion strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, positive, and driven with a strong work ethic.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record per company standards.
