Job Description - Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador - Entry Level


We are dedicated to driving charitable contributions for our non-profit partners through innovative, collaborative efforts. Our goal is to create lasting impact for charitable organizations while offering personal and professional growth opportunities for our team members. By working closely with regional charities and utilizing our expertise in marketing, we've successfully expanded their reach and enhanced community involvement across the United States.

We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador to help us continue spreading our clients message and mission throughout the Houston region. If you're passionate about making a difference and building strong community connections, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential donors in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner to highlight the impact our non-profits partners make in communities across the nation. 
  • Track and report all event and promotional activities, ensuring clear communication with management through company-provided forms.
  • Attend meetings to deepen client knowledge and engagement.
  • Support families and community members by offering assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with consumers, clients, and team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Provide valuable feedback to senior management to improve strategies and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in management, events, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
  • Passion for community impact and a genuine interest in developing others.
  • A strong student mentality with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to take on more responsibility as you progress in your role.
