Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics

• Greet and engage event attendees in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide information about the organization, products, or services

• Distribute promotional materials, samples, or merchandise

• Capture social media content (photos, short videos) if required

• Support team members and ensure smooth event operations

• Provide feedback on event activities and attendee interactions

Qualifications

• Outgoing, approachable, and professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Ability to lift and move event materials (if needed)

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Experience in events, promotions, or customer service is a plus, but not required
