Event Assistant Entry Level | No Experience Required

We’re looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistants to support our community events, outreach activities, and nonprofit marketing campaigns. If you’re energetic, reliable, and excited about hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent place to begin your career. No prior experience is needed—paid training is included.

Position Overview

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering local events that highlight nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands. You’ll help create smooth, engaging event experiences while ensuring attendees feel welcomed and informed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, signage, staging, and materials

• Welcome attendees and share simple campaign details

• Support team leads with logistics, registration, and crowd flow

• Manage booth activities, promotional items, and outreach stations

• Engage with community members to encourage participation and awareness

• Collect basic event metrics and attendee feedback

• Maintain a positive, professional presence at every event

Preferred, but not required:
