Event Associate

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Event Associate to join our powerhouse promotions team!

As experts in experiential marketing and client acquisition, we focus on designing and executing tailored promotional event strategies for a broad range of clients. Through a personalized approach to brand visibility, we help connect brands with consumers via direct sales, promotions, lead generation, and special events in local markets and businesses.

In this entry-level role, the Event Associate will bring energy and enthusiasm to capture the attention of target audiences during promotional events and retail campaigns. They will also assist the event promotions team with tasks related to marketing, advertising, sales, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute promotional and retail events to increase brand awareness and generate leads for clients
• Set up and manage promotional displays at each event to build excitement for featured brands, products, or services
• Engage consumers through demonstrations and explanations, fostering brand connections and excitement
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each featured brand and its products/services
• Train new employees on product/service features, pricing, and promotional details
• Support basic sales functions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the promotions team

Qualifications:

• A degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a promotional setting is a plus, but internships and entry-level experience will also be considered
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for events and promotions
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• Access to reliable transportation is required for travel to promotional events
