Event Captain / Event Coordinator Assistant

Pelazzio Reception Venue is looking for Event Captains to be a part of our serving team at upscale weekend events. You will be serving guests at wedding parties, quinceaneras, corporate events and much more! We have curated successful celebrations over 20 years, and are known for our outstanding customer satisfaction at the events we host. We are now looking for a Server to be a part of the crew!

As a Server for Pelazzio, you can work on upscale events such as weddings, quinceañeras, corporate parties, and more. This is a great opportunity for extra $$$ on the weekends .All servers are provided with training and full meals during their shifts.

Pay and Benefits:

1. Starting pay of $18 per hour
   




2. A full meal is provided per shift during break
   

Requirements:

1. Management Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Overseeing Staff Members, Operating/closing up the venue and ensuring our clients and guests recieve the best experience possible.
   




2. Must be willing to assist our Event Coordinators with general event duties and rehearsals
   




3. Must lead the team by example, by serving as a staff member and providing good leadership. This includes cleaning tables, restrooms and ballroom as need be.
   




4. Customer Service: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required
   




5. Dress Code: Servers are required to self-provide and wear formal attire including a black dress shirt, black vest, black bow tie, black dress pants, black dress shoes, black socks, and a black belt
   




6. Code of Conduct: No smoking, drinking or foul language within the venue. No discrimination or harassment against staff or clients
   

Schedule:

1. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
   




2. Afternoon/evenings
   




3. 18 – 24 hours per weekend
