Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and help us plan, execute, and oversee a diverse range of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled in coordinating all aspects of event logistics from inception to completion. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and entertainment.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.


• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.


• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.


• Develop detailed event timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.


• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
