Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and products at optimal prices.
• Develop detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, transportation, catering, and technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
