About the Role:
At Elite Branding, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing various events to promote our brand and engage with our audience. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful events that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences, and tailor event plans accordingly.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event-related services and materials.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated funds.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
