Event Coordinator Marketing and Sales - Hiring Urgently

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Student Recruiter to join our client for a remote full-time field work opportunity (must be located in Sussex County, DE as you will be traveling around that area)! As a Student Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in increasing student enrollment in the client’s program by fostering relationships and connecting with community partners and stakeholders. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $25/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and workforce programs in Sussex County.

• Utilize online platforms and attend in-person events such as career fairs, workforce conferences, educational events, and community events to promote the client’s program.

• Engage with diverse audiences through great written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate with the Candidate Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates for the client’s program.

• Provide support and assistance to candidates throughout the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

• Assist with reporting, organizational tasks, and time management activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of work experience in student recruiting or any other customer service roles.

• Familiarity with Sussex County businesses, educational institutions, and workforce programs, or a willingness to learn and meet new people.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.

• Reliable and consistent in communications and work ethic.

• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.

• US Citizen or lawful permanent resident alien.

• Ability to work remotely and independently, as well as under the direction of the Candidate Recruiter.
