Event Coordinator - Professional Development Opportunities

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a diverse range of events, including weddings, receptions, bridal showers, company parties, retreats, and social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with guests to plan and execute events.
• Facilitate communication between guests, internal departments, and vendors to ensure seamless event coordination.
• Develop comprehensive event outlines (BEOs) to guide event execution.
• Conduct final walk-throughs prior to events to ensure all details are in place.
• Coordinate staffing needs, including scheduling servers and bartenders for events.
• Conduct tours and host tastings to showcase our event offerings.
• Create and manage payment schedules, as well as process payments.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
