Event Experience Producer

Fun Pros Events is seeking a passionate and creative Event Experience Producer to join our dynamic team. As an Event Experience Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of both large and small events, from corporate conferences to fun community festivals. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, crafting unique event experiences that engage and delight attendees. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial as you manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design unique event experiences that align with client objectives.
• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and technical support.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or production.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
