Job Description - Event Intern (Summer 2025)

The Event intern collaborates with our Event Producers, Production Managers, Coordinators and Experience team to create engaging meeting and events for our clients. Daily tasks may include coordinating project assets, various pre-production tasks as well as on site event experience.

Responsibilities:

Support Event Producers and Event Production Managers with event projects to execute the deliverables and coordinate all different aspects of live and virtual events
Support the production of content that could be distributed over multiple media formats, ensuring that all project deliverables meet JPL quality standards prior to release
Assist in preparing written communications such as project documentation, meeting agendas and tracking documents
Support pre-production meetings for all events
Serve as support for load in, show days and/or load out for onsite events
Work on multiple client projects with changing priorities and timelines/deadlines
Participate in Internship Project as assigned
All other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to work 24-40 hours per week
Located within driving distance of our Harrisburg, PA facility
Completion of college courses in relevant subjects
Available to work evenings and weekends
Open to travel
Specific positions will have additional requirements

This internship position is paid and is eligible for college credit. It is the intern’s responsibility to coordinate with their academic institution to arrange for credit. We will provide any necessary documentation and evaluations required by your college or university.
