We are seeking an experienced PXP Professional - Event Manager to join our passionate team.
Corporate Events & Operations
Own end-to-end delivery of company-wide events (e.g. Summer Party, New Year Party, Programmer’s Day)
Define event goals, formats, and experience design aligned with company culture
Manage full-cycle production: budgeting, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution
Build and maintain vendor pool, templates, and event documentation
2. Knowledge Sharing & Culture Initiatives
Organize internal knowledge-sharing events (e.g. hackathons, internal conferences)
Collaborate with C-level and senior stakeholders on content and agenda
Prepare and support speakers (structure, messaging, rehearsals)
Plan and execute event communication and promotion together with Internal Comms
Design and run culture-driven initiatives that strengthen engagement and belonging
Support teams in organizing local events and integrating communities into the event ecosystem
3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics across all events and initiatives
Collect feedback and turn it into actionable improvements
Provide regular reports and insights on event effectiveness and engagement impact
4+ years of experience in event management
Proven experience in organizing large-scale corporate events end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
Experience in speaker preparation and content-driven events is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Experience working with vendors, budgets, and event production
Strong communication and organizational skills
Data-driven mindset: ability to work with feedback and engagement metrics
