WAGE RANGE*: 65 - 70/ hour

• Duration: 3 and a half months
Top skills:
1) event/ program management experience, 2) experience working in a fast paced environment managing expectations of multiple stakeholders, 3) event marketing and communications experience. On the technical side, we would only need basic office productivity and familiarity with event registration systems but we have another contractor who can support the technical side of things if needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Event Manager may be asked to do the following as determined by Harvard management Assume full or partial control of all aspects of an event. Delegates duties and or tasks to others. Responsible for full or partial client contact. Completes reports or paperwork. If an Agency employee is injured, may be required to complete reports and immediately contact Harvard and Agency management. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
