Event Marketing Assistant

We are expanding our Sacramento-based marketing and events team and are actively hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant. This role is designed for individuals who want to break into the marketing, promotions, and live events industry without needing prior experience.

You’ll gain real-world exposure working on community events, retail activations, and brand awareness campaigns. We provide paid training, structured onboarding, and ongoing support so you can succeed from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of live promotional events and brand activations
• Interact with customers in-person at events and outreach campaigns
• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Assist with setting up event displays, materials, and promotional spaces
• Help maintain a positive and energetic event environment
• Work collaboratively with team members during campaigns and activations
