Event Marketing Assistant Entry Level

We’re looking for a full-time Event Marketing Assistant to represent a nationally recognized nonprofit organization through engaging, in-person events.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent a well-known charity partner at high-traffic event locations

• Set up, staff, and manage interactive events, donation drives, and awareness booths

• Engage the public with positive, informative conversations about the nonprofit’s mission

• Encourage donations, volunteer sign-ups, and increased community involvement

• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence at all times

• Build strong relationships with event attendees, community members, and outreach teams

• Track event data, including engagement and donation metrics, and prepare outcome reports

• Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and displays are well-maintained and organized

• Previous experience in promotions, nonprofit outreach, or public engagement is a plus but not required

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, approachable, and confident initiating conversations with strangers
