Event Marketing Assistant Entry Level

We’re seeking a full-time Event Marketing Assistant to represent a nationally recognized nonprofit organization at live events, donation drives, and public awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll be on the front lines of promoting a powerful mission.

• Represent a well-known charitable partner at high-traffic community events

• Set up and manage interactive booths, donation stations, and awareness tables

• Engage with the public through friendly, informative conversations about the nonprofit's mission

• Inspire donations, volunteer interest, and local involvement

• Maintain a professional and compassionate presence at all events

• Build positive relationships with event attendees and outreach teams

• Record key metrics, including donor engagement and contribution data

• Keep all event materials and displays well-organized and presentable

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Outgoing and confident with strong communication skills

• Approachable and comfortable starting conversations with strangers

• Passionate about social good, community involvement, and helping others

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Available for a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Background in promotions, event staffing, fundraising, or customer service is a plus
