Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of engaging promotional events, trade shows, and conferences. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, themes, and brand messaging
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, vendor communication, and on-site support
• Engage with event attendees, providing information and delivering excellent customer service
• Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials such as flyers, digital invites, and promotional content
• Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and target audiences
• Track event performance and assist in preparing post-event reports, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor events, and marketing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Internship or prior experience in event planning, promotions, or marketing is a plus
