We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing events and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and creating memorable customer experiences.
The Event Marketing Assistant will work closely with our event management team, marketing professionals, sales representatives, and customer care specialists to help plan, coordinate, and execute successful promotional events from concept to completion.
As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and client satisfaction through face-to-face marketing, event support, and exceptional customer interactions.
Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and create positive experiences for event attendees and clients.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
Collaborate with event team members, sales professionals, and customer service teams to achieve event and sales objectives.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals through effective customer engagement and promotional strategies.
Deliver accurate, helpful, and detailed information to customers while representing client brands professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through transparent communication and a customer-focused approach.
Partner with management to identify client needs, improve event strategies, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Assist with event setup, visual presentation, layout, and overall event atmosphere to create an engaging experience.
Work alongside marketing and public relations teams to increase event visibility, attract new customers, and strengthen brand recognition.
Support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for an Event Marketing Assistant
Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with different personalities and customer needs.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn new marketing and event strategies.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
