Event Marketing Assistant | No Experience Necessary

To maintain this momentum, they are seeking a highly qualified Event Marketing Assistant who can contribute to current programs while also assisting in the development of new initiatives that align with both company and client objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience in various marketing functions, including customer communications, advertising, experiential marketing, and pop-up events.
It is important to note that the successful candidate will need to commute daily to our office in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research of market territories, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team
- Comfortable hosting meetings and events and able to identify requirements, establish contacts, develop schedules
- Present at events and pop-up stands to potential customers
- Acquire new customers and manage contract signing at events
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate and coordinating the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- High-level communication skills (both verbal and written)
